Hi,
I'm not too familiar with your PSTN equimpent,
but my experience with Cisco is that by adding session scripts (tcl) to
catch disc_prog_ind events on your PSTN connections, you can achieve
have BYE messages initated the moment the PSTN leg hangs up..
