It is extremely easy to do session termination (call teardown) when credit is over with Openser+asterisk, all you need is to do is write an AGI to calculate max call duration and set it on asterisk.

If all you need is to terminate the session, and you have the Call-ID
and other dialog information available somewhere, you'd do just as well
to write your own agent for that exclusive purpose, or hack something
like 'sipsak' to issue you a BYE for you.

That's if and only if that's all you envision using it for.  No need to
make the situation more complicated than it is.
