it is possible only if sipgate.de allows this. From SER you can use rewritehost() / rewritehostport() followed by a t_relay() / forward() or directly t_relay_to_{udp,tcp}(). You should know whether you need to rewrite host and/or port from RURI or just relay the request to the gateway.
