My scenario is, that when kamailio forward the second invite to gateway/itsp,
the gateway itself is another kamailio that want to authorize that
invite. so sort of
client ----> kamailioA ------> kamailio B
So kamailioA, act as a client for kamailioB

Not sure what you mean: Kamailio shoudl authorize the incoming INVITE and
then forward the INVITE to a gateway/ITSP?
