Jason Penton mentioned on the sr-dev list a similar issue yesterday, he says
that this fixes the problem for him:
removing the following macro from my_cmd.c fixes
the issue:
define _XOPEN_SOURCE 4 /* BSD */
Maybe you could try this as well.
