[Users] new module: siptrace

Hello, a new module was committed into the cvs trunk: siptrace. It allows to store SIP messages processed by OpenSER in a database. The messages are stored just before being forwarded, so the changes made during script processing are reflected as well as the destination IP. The tracing can be turned on/off via fifo command. It uses flags to mark messages to be traced, therefore, filters for groups of users or other criteria can be configured in script. The module gives the possibility to send the traced message to a configurable address. The siptrace module should help companies to deal with some law requirements related to legal interception and calls history.
