I dont think you should consider a Wiki (ie. voip-info) as equal to "official" documentation for a project.
That said, I agree that a Wiki run by some kind of authority in the SER community would be a good idea.

Adding documentation is to complex. I already added asterisk documentation to voip-info because it is very easy to do.
Maybe we could find an easier way for providing documentation.
