If you want to proxy registrations with multiple kamailio, you could use
dispatcher with setid (eventually combining with dialplan for regex
matching) and set outbound proxy on asterisk / free switch .
For nat handing , kamailio needs to handle correctly the contact if private
ip is presented, before relaying to asterisk/fs.
Take a look at default config , route NATMANAGE.
