[Serusers] ERROR: extract_body: message body has length zero

Hi All. I'm getting this error message in my log file. Can someone give me a hint as to how to avoid this? The message that caused these entries is below. The ACK message is from sems which I'm using the IVR module with sipums for voicemail.
