Can you tell me how I can find the rel_0_8_12 branch of the CVS ?
Just use your normal cvs checkout command and add -r rel_0_8_12, e.g.:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.berlios.de:/cvsroot/ser co -r rel_0_8_12 sip_router
