It's an existing connection. Our clients/servers sends many UPDATE/OPTION
to update the state of the meeting on both ends and sometimes these
messages don't get a response and affects user experience.

It may be also the OS queues that are busy, if the other side is not not
reading fast, look at netstat output for Send-Queue in:
