I can see where a NAT proxey server will know the true ip address of a client and do appropriate translations of IP addresses in SIP headers. However once SIP is done and voice is transmitted point to point with RTP how do the RTP packets get through the NATs? (unless port forwarding has been configured on the NAT which from what I can tell it hasn't)
