Hi Nick,
Hi guys, I need /tmp/ser_fifo to *always* be owned by
root:foobar. What's
the best way of accomplishing this? I was thinking of chown'ing the fifo
at the end of ser's init script. However, I'm not sure when the fifo is
created when starting up ser, or whether the fifo is ever recreated (thus
requiring a new chown).
try to change in main.c:
int sock_uid = 0;
int sock_gid = 300; // where 300 is a sample gid of your foobar group.
it should help.
Any suggestions? I'm all ears!
