Kamailio does not handle media. And media does not have a Content-Type property; this is a
feature of human-readable, HTTP style protocols such as SIP. Are you sure you aren't
thinking of RTP payload type?
You can use Kamailio to read an SDP body, of course, but that will not serve to indicate
which codec is actually being used on a live media stream. Kamailio has no way of knowing
that since it is involved in SIP only, not media.
