To tell you the truth, I just guess H.323 is a standard or a protocol (SIP is a protocol I think). That's why I said that I might be confused.
Will anyone tell us the difference between a SIP proxy (or Server) and a GateKeeper? Both words written in VoIP world. Or simply: is SER a gatekeeper?
