Actually this can be done by appending privacy=full to the rpid. No
Asterisk needed, for example.

if (method=="INVITE" && uri =~ "sip:\*67.*@.*"){{
xlog("User requests to be Anonymous: setting rpid");
append_rpid_hf("", ";privacy=full");
t_relay();
};
}
Of coarse you have to figure out how to get the rpid to load 1st...
