may be, your http daemon haven't permissions to access directory where
is serweb stored.

- httpd.conf
- config_data_layer.php
- Config_paths.php
And, when I try view index in the navigator, tell me:
*Forbidden*
You don't have permission to acess /serweb/user on this server
Addioncionally, a 403 Forbidden error when was encountred while
trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I don't know any about php and web.
Why can be?
