I tried to install the SER on solaris 2.5.1 SuOS 5.5.1. I failed to do it.

Before I install Red hat, I got that I use my windows with Cygwin. I installed success fully but I can not start the Server the /usr/local/sbin/ser. the ser file attributes seems rw only to x and I could change ti rwx mode.
