Hi Bimantara,
Is that 10.14.200.95 your SIP phone? In that case the solution is quite
simple, start SER first. The server needs to listen on 5060. The phone
should be capable to find another free port.
Regards
Klaus

Hi Bimantara,
The reason why you get this problem. is that the server you are trying
to run ser on, has alreaddy a process that is useing port 5060 for the
ip 10.14.200.101.
Either check what is running on port 5060, Or change ser to run on a
different port.
A other way, could be to only listen to the ip 10.14.200.95 on port
5060.
Best Regards
Atle
