maybe you look at the old wiki portal (the one based on dokuwiki), which is no longer updated, being replaced several months ago by the markdown version (see the links on the first page of kamailio.org).

Actually, the instructions are already committed on May 18 (https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio-wiki/commit/717161bd4e461ed6b49c4b0adef6e946cfdce1ec)  but are not published yet.

You could do a diff of the MySQL schema files in the kamailio github as alternative solution, to see the differences for now.
