[Serusers] Error opening ser's FIFO /tmp/ser_fifo

Hi,I had installed already the version 0.8.12 running at a DEBIAN SERVER. The serviceat this moment, STARTS normally with no interruption but when I do use the command line :"serctl + [any option] - I got the error : "Error opening ser's FIFO /tmp/ser_fifo".I just can´t connect through MSN MESSENGER or any other SIP client.This way, unfortunatly i ca´n´t make any progress and I really need thiis.
