No, there is no way to reload the regexp without restarting - the main
stopper for doing this is the fact you need to compile the regexp
(before using) in private memory (per process) - and the reload is done
from an additional process (MI).

ok, found it. Due to DB caching my changes to regexps in DB are only
loaded at startup ....
