Sorry, there really isn't.
What you can do is bind to an IP that is not currently bound to any network interface on
the system, using the kernel "non-local bind" option. Then that listener will
only take traffic once you bind the IP.
But that is only useful if you're dealing with a limited number of addresses which are
known to you in advance.
