Hello Henning
Currently than those calls are not completed, messages are unauthorized
user, I saw this with wireshark
I have these 400 users working with SER (Sip Express Router) to 1 years.
I am moving to Openser because it has more resources.
The only thing I did differently was change MAX CRL for 50000
I am using a Dell computer with 2 processors and comtroller SCSI, it may
cause a problem?
Thank's
Gerson

Hi, all
I am using Openser 1.2.2 - tls.
I have 400 registered users.
Everything works well as traffic is low.
If traffic is high, the calls are not completed (Busy tone)
Can anyone help me?
Hello Gerson,
400 users should not cause a problem, if you run OpenSER on a normal server
system.
Have you checked the server logs about any error messages? Search for errors
indicating a low memory condition or a memory leak.
What type of SIP error message the server returns to the phones? Use tcpdump
and wireshark or ngrep to capture and analyse a trace of the problem.
Cheers,
Henning
