Sounds like NAT and Firewall issues to me. Try using the NATHelper module to fix UA registration and correct NATed contacts. In particular try the fix_nated_register() and fix_nated_contact() functions.

 

You may also want to look into the use of "rport" and support for this on OpenSER with the force_rport() function.

 

This should fix it.

When i saw  logs from X-lite   in Bye method it Changing the uri into Private IP, But should it public IP( THis is not happening )
