[Serusers] Q - SER capability ?

Dear Sirs. I would like to find a response (to begining only “yes” or “no”) about the possibility to solve a problem by the means of SER My task is: There is one extern "line" (SIP connection), given by VoIP provider (with determined login/password). We need to create a group of users (we could name them “local users”), for they could register themselves on our server (they need authorization and accounting) and communicate with each other. If there is a need to go out to extern numbers, the connection should be through extern line by putting registration data, given by provider. There is almost all that is necessary.
