Problem solved.
I included /etc/freeradius/radiusclient-ng/dictionary.sip in freeradius'
radiusd.conf file:
$INCLUDE /etc/freeradius/radiusclient-ng/dictionary.sip
The missing attributes in dictionary.kamailio were defined in
dictionary.sip.
