i don't know about those. i just use mediaproxy debian package.
right I see that debian is the "standard" way to run mediaproxy. It might be possible to install it on FC but you have make sure kernel has the correct config, install/compile dependencies, etc.
and I would like to stick to rtpproxy for performance reason.
this is not a valid reason, because current mediaproxy uses linux kernel to forward the packages and it is hard to do more efficiently.
