[Serusers] Serctl Alias Format

Hello, Can someone tell me if the format for adding user aliases has changed? I am trying to create an alias (serctl alias add 1234 sip:1234dt@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) and an error 400 ul_add flags expected is happening.
