[Users] clients behind same NAT

Hi all, Thanx Klaus for your logic and it works but there is a problem.The scenario is as follows: I am registered user of Openser located at 203.XX.XX.25. My source IP is 202.XX.XX.145. Now when I make a call, to the user with same source IP i.e behind the same NAT, RTP sessions are established. This is because when I avp_write the ruri it writes 203.XX.XX.25 in its id and when I do avp_check with source_IP it checks with 202.XX.XX.145 and thus avp_check returns false. Can something be done about this, so that openser identifies the proper destination IP address. Please help. Thanx
