What I suggested was just for you to quickly understand how to write logs.
I actually don't think there is a need to do this in production.
In production we should not log SIP messages to log files.
Instead you could use
tcpdump to continuously write and rotate capture files
or
use modules siptrace

sipcapture
<http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/4.3.x/modules/sipcapture.html> with
homer <http://sipcapture.org/>

To specify what you want to be printed, use pseudo-variables:

For example to print the request name and the To and From URIs, add
something like this:
