Hi Douglas,
the prototype of the forward function was changes to align it
with the
TM functions.
Shortly, use forward() to do fwd based on RURI or
forward("[proto:]host[:port]"). See the wikipage also.

Err... can you be more specific with your example? How do I know the host if it's all
controlled by the dispatcher?
