Hello,
this is printed when you try to get the sub-string starting at a
position which is higher than the length of the value on which the
substr is applied.
For example:
$var(x) = "abc";
$(var(x){s.substr,9,9}) - tries to get substring starting with 10th
character, but the value has only 3 characters.
