Are you sure your 180/183 responses are being forwarded back to the UAC
appropriately (and through MediaProxy)?
Thats usually where the early media data notifications reside
e.g. make sure that your on_reply_route() section has something like
onreply_route[1] {
if (!(status=~"183" || status=~"180" || status=~"200"))
{
break;
};
fix_contact();
use_media_proxy();
break;
}
