- Mediaproxy session has been broken
- No called address on mediaproxy server
- Mediaproxy session status is inactive
- No bytes has been passed through mediaproxy

It's really difficult to try to help you if you just tell those problems without giving more data. As you can imagine there is no a magic response for all these 4 questions... except "make fix the configuration" XD
