I will be storing signaling but am not currently. ACC is being done by asterisk and I don't have ACC in kamailio active currently.
Is there a way to handle situations when BYE is not received?

Hello,
if it is in both memory and database, then might be that the BYE was not received. Are you doing accounting with acc separately or store the signaling to check if the bye was processed?

I apologize, didn't see the other question, yes both in database and memory.

paste full output to see also if there is a git revision hash.
Also, I asked other question inline in my previous email -- you didn't answer to it.

State of stuck dialog I currently have is 4.
Is it only in database or also in memory? You can dump memory with:
kamctl mi dlg_list

Hello,
what version do you use?
Which is the state of the dialogs that are stuck?
Cheers, Daniel

I found this post but still not sure what to do: http://lists.sip-router.org/pipermail/sr-users/2013-April/077681.html
What should I look for / how should I troubleshoot this issue?
