Raul,
RADIUS is just a tool to insert the CDRs inside accounting database, one of
the strong parts of CDRTool consists in the modularity of design. You are
not bound to any software, just need your datasource properly filled in the
way you choose.

I think you misunderstood what CDRTool does, because if you don't use
radius,
you will not be able to use CDRTool, because it is deeply related to an
scenario in which a RADIUS server is the core of it.
