You have to do it yourself. ser can only generate start records and stop records. (at least 2 CDRs per call, eventually more in case of re-INVITEs)
You have to write a script which matches start and stop records, calculate the duration of the call and then write the combined CDR into another table.
Usually this combined CDRs (one CDR per call) can be imported into billing systems.
