[SR-Users] Critical : Kamilio is not starting when loading Dispatcher module .

Dear Kamailio Team , I have installed Kamailio on Ubuntu 18.04 with SIREMIS and its working fine . But I want to use the Dispatcher module for load balancing . When enabling the dispatcher module Kamailio is not starting up and giving error in syslog.
