With the module avpops, you can try this,

avp_write("$ruri","s:ruri_addr");

if (avp_check("s:ruri_addr","eq/$from/i")) { ... }

I know there must be a simple way to check if callee i same uri as caller in ser.cfg, but I can't figure it out, any ideas?
