[Serusers] Question about SerWeb

I recompiled and install ser-0.8.12 in WhiteBox Linux 3. Everything its ok. I installed SerWeb-2004-01-04, but i cant create users, the page show me the users, find users, but i can't create users, no button, no tab for this. Reading the list many users can do this.
