Why do you double RR if your Kam listens only on
tls 5061? Your topology
isn't the same as in the skalatan tutorial.
Also, your Kam VIA contains IP address. Try to make it FQDN by setting
an alias to your listen directive, e.g.:
listen=tls:YOURIP:5061 advertise "FQDN":5061
