[Users] warning in the log

I have the following messages in the log which I don't know what they mean. After tracing the configuration file, the setting remove_hf("From") will cause one of the message in the log. Do the messages below will affect the system? It seems that there is some mis-configure in the file. How can I correct it if my guess is right?
