hopefully debs will became available soon to deb.kamailio.org, as
Jon Bonilla will get a chance to prepare the build system for this
new v4.1.0.
Meanwhile, there are some alternative builds for Debian 6.0, 7.0 and
Ubuntu 12.04 at:
