Ok, I found that the serctl for ser-0.9.0 is in
ser-0.9.0/modules/postgres/ and is called serpgctl .
Now I m sure Im using the correct version of serctl for my ser-0.9.0....
But this is giving the same "400 ul_add: flags expected" error....
Did someone used successfully serctl with ser-0.9.0 and a postgres database?

I m using ser-0.9.0 and I dont have a postgres version of serctl for
this version of SER. Does someone has the serctl_postgres for ser-0.9.0 ?
