Hi!
Kamailio does not generate BYE itself, kamailio is a sipproxy (there is a
UAC module, but I think you use quite a standard config)
Maybe time is not 25 but 32 seconds? Possibly somewhere ACK is lost.
From your description, it is hard to tell something
