It is called user_interface in the sources, so the symlink is correct. What do you mean by "I can't see the online user", could you be more specific ?

I have a similar problem I can see users online in the phonebook of ser web but I can't see them as online in the admin section if I tick view only those online.
It is possible that it was not implemented, I have to check with the serweb author.
Also when clicking the account link in the admin section it follows a link to user instead of user_interface.
Yes, simply create an alias user_interface -> user in the config file of apache.
