where can I check how lont it takes for registered location on ser to
expires ? serctl alias show tells me that user is not registered now .. so
why I still get that message?

It's not an error, it's informational. The
registered location has expired
and will thus be removed. You get this message if the UA fails to register
before the entry in location table expires.
