If you use fm_malloc (-DF_MALLOC) in dedugging mode you must add -DDBG_F_MALLOC and not -DDBG_QM_MALLOC.
So either remove -DF_MALLOC from Makefile.defs or change -DDBG_QM_MALLOC to -DDBG_F_MALLOC or upgrade to the latest rel_0_9_0 cvs (in which using DBG_QM_MALLOC will automatically define DBG_F_MALLOC too),
