I created the wiki page with the how-to install kamailio v4.0.x from git. The tutorial is
available at:

It should make life easier for those willing to give a try to v4.0.0 these days.
Anyhow, a review of the content is very appreciated. Feel free to enhance the content by
adding to the wiki page or reply here with your ideas to improve.
Websocket require
libunistring. I don't know debian, so I don't know the package name to add...
